Roles and Responsibilities :
- Delivering product briefs/information to customers.
- Providing solutions by acknowledging customers’ problems.
- Building sustainable relationships with customers.
- Setting and meeting the customer care team’s goals/targets.
- Managing customer queries on social media and emails.
Requirements:
- Undergrad/graduate student from any background.
- Fluent in typing English & Bangla without grammatical and spelling errors.
- Strong communication & clear understanding skills through digital channels.
